About the Role:

As an Logistics Coordinator, you will arrange shipment delivery to their assigned destination on time, you will coordinate with warehouse team to ensure the correct unloading order is being executed. Some daily routines are as below:

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and arrange the timely delivery of shipments to their assigned destinations, ensuring adherence to specified timelines and quality standards.

Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to oversee and execute the correct unloading sequence, optimizing efficiency and accuracy.

Organize and communicate clear instructions for shipment unloading to the warehouse team, ensuring a smooth and organized process.

Provide timely updates to clients regarding the progress of container unloading, offering transparency and ensuring clear communication channels.

Schedule delivery appointments with various fulfillment centers, including Amazon and others, based on real-time unloading progress reported by the warehouse team.

Efficiently manage the allocation and scheduling of trailers or trucks, coordinating with courier services such as UPS, Purolator, and others,



in alignment with the specific package categories.

Maintain accurate records of shipment schedules, delivery appointments, and communication with fulfillment centers.

Qualifications:

1-2 logistic working experience required.

Outstanding communication skill in writing and verbal is an asset.

Skill on Excel is a plus.

Post-Secondary education is a plus.

Attention to detail.

Well adaptability on fast pace setting.

Responsibility towards job roles.

Mandarin is a MUST
