A multi Oscar-winning creative studio, we have worked with some of the greatest storytellers in film today. Collaborating with directors and producers across the complete filmmaking process to help design, plan and create beautiful images, we focus on finding innovative creative solutions to support their vision and set new standards for visual effects in cinema. The VFX Production Coordinator is central to the day to day of VFX Project Management.

Working closely with the rest of their Production Team, they assist the Artists on a daily basis and help shots move forward through the pipeline. They play a key role and help strategize and implement tasks and targets crucial to the delivery of the project on time and on budget.

Responsibilities Work with Line Producers, Leads and Supervisors to track and manage shot progression through the departments in order to meet both internal and external deadlines.

Organise dailies, rounds and meetings - taking detailed, comprehensive notes and following up on information as Necessary and with leads, if required.

Ensure Flow Production Tracking (formally known as Shotgun / Shotgrid) is consistently kept up to date with notes and critical information such as Shot Statuses and Targets.

Communicating information quickly and succinctly to crew and other departments, via chat, e-mail and in person, whichever is deemed appropriate.

Communicating (directly or through the Production Assistant) client calls, dailies and meeting changes.

Ensure an interdepartmental flow and transfer of information

Oversee the execution of client deliveries of all temps and finals

Manage edits along with the editorial department

Package and perform sends, when required, on a rotational basis.





Ensure that Artists and Supervisors are kept up to date with information – client notes, shot changes, modifications - and evaluate impact on current work.

Ensure that Artists have a balanced workload and anticipate any concerns regarding targets or deadlines, based on daily activity.

Help to maintain a positive, upbeat and professional environment, being proactive and solution-orientated

Other ad-hoc duties as may reasonably be expected Job Requirements Previous experience as a VFX Production Coordinator on large scale VFX Projects (Film & Episodic)

Highly organised alongside first-class time and project coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in order to facilitate exchange between departments

Excellent leadership skills, comfortable working and collaborating with people. Able to work within a team towards a common goal

Able to remain calm and confident in a quick-paced environment and proven ability to prioritise conflicting tasks

Good understanding of live-action and CG based visual effects workflows and pipeline with the willingness to learn Framestore proprietary tools
