The Vice
President, Canadian LTL Operations, is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. You will drive operational excellence, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction across 8-10 terminals in Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba. This position requires oversight of continuous improvement initiatives and future leadership development to support long-term business success. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with transportation and food safety regulations
- Drive improvements in on-time performance and customer satisfaction
