Who You Are A proven senior leader with experience building and scaling operations in complex, regulated environments.
You Bring 10+ years in senior operations leadership within regulated manufacturing (food, beverage, or similar).
Full enterprise operations leadership with P&L; accountability
Track record of transforming operations through data, systems, and processes
Ability to turn strategy into measurable results
Passion for people leadership, culture-building, and talent development
Commitment to safety and zero-harm cultures
Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and modern operational methodologies
Forward-looking mindset leveraging digital transformation, automation, and analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field is required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an asset.

We Offer Base salary range of $180,000 - $220,000. Base salary will be commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications.
