CMP VP Finance is responsible for overseeing the program's annual budget and managing financial processes as CMP shifts its programming toward peer connection and community events.
Time Commitment
2 - 3 hours/week
Term of Employment
July 2026 - April 2027
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all CMP Home Base activities and events are conducted within the allocated budget
- Track expenditures and communicate any changes or concerns to the executive team
- Manage, file, and process reimbursements for CMP events and programming
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CUS Finance Commission and CMP
- Support budget planning for new programming as the club scales CMP Home Base in its pilot year
Qualifications
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with budgeting, bookkeeping, and financial tracking
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Problem‑solving mindset and patience when navigating financial processes
- Familiarity with the CUS financial system is an asset
