We are partnering with a global leader in online gaming to find a VP of Digital Advertising to lead user acquisition strategy across multiple international markets.

iGaming experience is required in this position. This role is based out of Toronto, which is the preferred location of this hire. Remote North American candidates will also be considered, secondarily.

This is a high-impact executive role responsible for owning a multi-million dollar acquisition budget, leading global paid media strategy, and driving player growth across a large-scale B2C digital business. What you'll be doing:

- Own the global paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, Programmatic, TikTok, Reddit, X and emerging channels.
- Manage significant digital advertising budgets focused on profitable customer acquisition and ROI.
- Lead a global team of performance marketers, media buyers, and creative specialists.
- Partner with Product, Analytics,



BI and Creative to optimize campaign performance through experimentation and data.
- Develop market entry strategies and localized campaigns across multiple international markets.

We're we are looking for:

- 10+ years of digital acquisition or performance marketing experience in iGaming - sports, casino, poker or sweepstakes.
- Leadership experience managing large user acquisition budgets and high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, programmatic, attribution and mobile marketing.
- Solid analytical skills with experience using tools such as GA4, AppsFlyer, Tableau or similar platforms.
- A proven history of scaling customer acquisition while maintaining profitable CAC and ROAS.
