ROYAL FIX AUTO REPAIR is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Automotive Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers and play an important role in providing excellent customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of our shop.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries as needed.
- Respond promptly to customer messages received through social media, Google, email, and other online platforms.
- Monitor and reply to inquiries from online marketplaces and websites.
- Schedule service appointments and maintain the shop calendar.
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Create and manage customer files and work orders.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments, estimates, and completed repairs.
- Coordinate communication between customers and technicians.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Perform general administrative and office duties.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with email, Microsoft Office, and online platforms.
- Experience in an automotive repair shop is an asset but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
