We’re looking for a Shift Lead / Floor Manager who can lead the room, elevate the guest experience, and support the team during high-energy service.

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading shifts
- Supporting staff
- Handling guest issues
- Keeping service smooth and elevated

What You’ll Do

- Lead shifts and act as the point person during service
- Support hosts, servers, and bartenders in real time
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience
- Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
- Monitor flow of service (simulators, bar, seating)
- Jump in wherever needed during busy periods
- Maintain team energy, standards, and accountability
- Assist with opening/closing procedures





What We’re Looking For

- Previous leadership experience in hospitality (Shift Lead, Supervisor, or similar)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Confident handling of guest situations and complaints
- High energy and ability to lead in a fast-paced setting
- Team-first mindset with strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and pride in execution
- Ability to stay calm under pressure

Availability Requirements

- Days, evenings, and weekends required
- Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
