Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Laser Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and have experience in medical aesthetic treatments and retail /treatment sales. As a Laser Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical aesthetic treatments to clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the process. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sanitized environment will be crucial in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Perform laser hair removal and other treatments according to established protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms by sanitizing equipment and maintaining cleanliness.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and explain treatment options.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments performed, client information, and follow-up care.
- Assist in retail/ Service sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and treatments to clients post-treatment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to laser treatments.




- Reaching the daily quota of $1000 or higher selling packages and products

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Laser Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of medical aesthetics is a plus.
- Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain a clean work environment effectively.
- Retail /Service sales experience is desirable, with an understanding of skincare products.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- MUST have previous Sales experience or working with a daily quota
- MUST be comfortable treating both male and female clients full body laser
- MUST be SALES DRIVEN and love sell and make commission

Looking for Monday- Thursday Availability 11-7 and on call availability to start.
