We are seeking a skilled, friendly, and professional Part-Time Bartender to join our hospitality team. If you have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, enjoy working in a rapid-paced environment, and have extensive knowledge of beverages, we'd love to hear from you.

This role is best suited for an experienced bartender who takes pride in delivering excellent service while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Provide warm, attentive service and engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Recommend beverages and answer guest questions regarding drink selections.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout each shift.
- Accurately enter orders and process payments using the restaurant POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Ensure compliance with all liquor regulations, food safety requirements, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff to provide seamless service.
- Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning duties as assigned.

Qualifications





- At least 5 years of bartending experience in a restaurant, lounge, hotel, or similar hospitality setting.
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, premium spirits, and champagne.
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Valid Smart Serve Certification (or willing to obtain before employment).
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- Professional appearance, dependable work ethic, and positive attitude.
