Directional Driller / Locator
ALL-IN Excavation is currently seeking experienced professional Directional Driller / Locator to join our team in the Winnipeg area. Our Directional Drills are utilized for Conduit installation for telecommunications purposes. ALL-IN Excavation operates multiple size drills to safely drill and install from 3/4 inch up to and including 4 inch conduits.
Most work will be in or around Winnipeg with some short term out of town work as a possibility.

Requirements

- Willingness to follow ALL-IN Excavation’s best practices.
- Must possess and exhibit a strong safety acumen.
- Previous Directional drilling and locating skills or other related experience required.
- Mechanical inclination an asset.
- Must be able to work independently and demonstrate a robust customer service focus.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license
- Clean Driver's Abstract
- Willing to do labour work and other tasks as needed on short notice.
- H2S Alive, CSTS, OSSA Fall Protection, OSSA Confined Space and First Aid with CPR however, training will be provided. Priority will be given to those who possess Safety tickets.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

Duties Include but are Not Limited to:

- Conduct Directional drilling, locating and conduit installation to Meet Goals Set Out by Management.
- Conduct Directional Drilling in an efficient, effective,



and safe manner.
- Complete all Required Administrative Paperwork: FLHA & Work Orders Daily
- Maintain Customer Relations.
- Maintain Equipment in Good Working Order and Keeping Equipment Clean daily.
- Follow Surveys and locates provided
- Drilling safely in the vicinity of telecom, hydro and gas.
- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following ALL-IN Excavation’s Safety guidelines.
- Set up and inspect grounding and/or bonding procedures by Directional driller.
- Handle and distribute construction materials, loading and unloading vehicles with supplies, equipment, remove all debris from work sites.
- Other duties as required.
