Job Overview

We’re looking for a friendly and energetic Full Time Server to join our team. In this role, you'll be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest service while ensuring smooth and efficient restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys engaging with guests, and has experience in food service environments.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience.
- Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in food preparation when needed,



supporting kitchen staff to ensure prompt service.
- Provide knowledgeable guest services by answering questions about menu items, dietary options, and wine pairings.

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in hospitality or the food industry.
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and POS operations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting using good time management skills.
- Experience with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and serve guests seamlessly.
