Supply Chain Manager – Food Manufacturing (Snacks / Private Label)
Location: Cambridge, Ontario
Type: Full-Time | On-Site

We are a fast-growing snack food manufacturing company specializing in private-label and branded products across popcorn, puffs, cereals, and coated snacks. Our operation is scale-focused, technology-driven, and built on speed, precision, and accountability.

We are adding a Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of raw materials, packaging, purchasing, planning, and supplier execution — end to end. This is a leadership role with real authority and real expectations.

What You Will Own (Not “Support”):

- Full control of raw material procurement (corn, seasonings, oils, sugar, packaging film, cartons, labels)
- Ingredient accuracy & labeling integrity — zero tolerance for wrong materials on the floor
- Supplier management: pricing, performance, lead times, MOQ strategy, backups
- Production planning alignment with real inventory and real orders
- ERP-driven purchasing & traceability (we use ERP systems + live production data)
- Waste reduction from purchasing errors, over-ordering, expiring materials
- Inbound logistics & freight optimization
- Food safety documentation support (COAs, specs, traceability, recalls)
- Inventory turns, safety stock, and cycle counts with real accountability

You will not be “checking emails all day.” You will be running the nervous system of the factory.
