What We Offer:
- 7:45am to 7:45pm (12hour shifts) / 7 days / week
- $35 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Your role will be as a Health Care liaison for the Kashechewan relocation project working closely with the Emergency Project Provider and other Kingston Local Healthcare partners
- Triaging community members that come and visit our nursing station
- Coordinating some appointments for the Primary Care provider who is on site 3 days / week.
- Conducting wellness checks for some of the identified community members
- Must be familiar with First Nations culture and experienced with mental health & substance abuse
Requirements:
- RPN with a licence in good standing
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English
- Must be familiar with First Nations culture and experienced with mental health & substance abuse
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver’s license is required
