Millwrights Local 1021 is seeking experienced Journeyperson Millwrights (Industrial Mechanics) for an upcoming industrial project in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position offers immediate project work with the potential to transition into long-term maintenance opportunities for qualified candidates.

Position Overview

As a Journeyperson Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and alignment of industrial machinery and mechanical systems. Working alongside skilled trades professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Red Seal Journeyperson Millwright (Industrial Mechanic) or Registered Apprentice
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance, shutdown, or construction environments
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
- Commitment to safe work practices and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation

Required Safety Certifications

Preference will be given to applicants with current:

- Fall Protection
- Confined Space Entry




- Aerial Work Platform (AWP) / Mobile Elevated Work Platform (MEWP)
- Other industrial site-specific safety training is considered an asset
