With our first overseas location in Markham, Brown Donkatsu is expanding by opening more locations in Toronto GTA area. Founded in South Korea in 1986, Brown Donkatsu specializes in Korean-style tonkatsu -- otherwise known as donkatsu -- with a variety of specialty sauces on top. Hoping to expand national widely, we welcome new team members at all our locations.

The successful candidates for Pre Baker position will prepare the bread for our breadcrumbs and will be responsible for mixing , kneading, shaping & baking bread dough and shredding the baked bread.

Required skills:

- Familiarity with all skilled kitchen equipment, including mixers, proofers & convection oven
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment




- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds at a time on a regular basis
