Our Clinic is looking for a Skilled individual to take the rule as the clinics Dental Receptionist. The hired individual will be responsible for the following daily tasks:
- Calling patients to book and confirm
- Inputting patient data on the computer software
- Keeping up with patients requests
- Dealing with Insurance
- Customer Service
- Reaching out to past patients with overdue appointments
- Admin
The selected hire will need to be fluent in writing and reading English as well as demonstrating organization skills and professionalism. We are looking to hire experienced Dental Receptionists with at least three years of experience in the dental field.
