Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping experience
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations to help customers make informed decisions
- Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently, including basic math calculations for transactions




- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and merchandising tasks
- Uphold excellent customer service standards by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Demonstrate effective time management to balance multiple responsibilities during shifts

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
- Experience in retail sales, technology sales, or product demos preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and organizational skills to maintain attractive displays
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory counts
- Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to upsell products tactfully to enhance the customer experience
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
