Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Professional Shuttle Driver to join our team. The Qualified Shuttle Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to maintaining vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Duties

- Safely operate shuttle vehicles while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain the shuttle vehicle by performing routine inspections, reporting any mechanical issues, and ensuring cleanliness at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and passenger needs.
- Assist in loading and unloading luggage or other items as required by passengers.
- Follow established routes and schedules while remaining flexible to accommodate changes as needed.

Experience

- Proven experience in commercial driving is preferred,



with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle maintenance needs is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English is essential for effective interaction with passengers and team members.
