As a Line Cook, you play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the Chef and Kitchen Management team, you will support daily kitchen operations while consistently producing high-quality food in a safe, efficient, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and stock workstations with all required ingredients and supplies
- Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, preparing proteins, and making sauces
- Cook and plate menu items according to company standards and recipes
- Follow directions from the Chef and Kitchen Managers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and the kitchen at all times




- Monitor and stock inventory as needed
- Ensure dishes are completed and sent out simultaneously, accurately, and on time
- Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Maintain a positive, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Valid Food Handling Certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry best practices and food safety standards
- High level of motivation and adaptability
