Responsibilities

- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse
- Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments using warehouse management systems like AS400
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely while adhering to proper ergonomic practices
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks
- Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing inventory, managing stock levels, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards




- Collaborate with team members to load and unload materials, ensuring timely delivery and shipment of products

Experience

- Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in environments involving heavy equipment operation or manufacturing settings
- Demonstrated proficiency with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience with order fulfillment, packaging, shipping & receiving processes
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment like reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, or construction machinery
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with construction or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
- Robust understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices for heavy equipment operation
