About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipment coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with warehouse teams, logistics partners, and fulfillment centers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, store, and organize incoming shipments according to warehouse procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through stock counts, location audits, and inventory verification.
- Prepare and coordinate outbound shipments, including Amazon shipments and other customer orders.
- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, including container arrivals, deliveries, and empty container returns.
- Coordinate shipment schedules, delivery appointments, and communication with fulfillment centers and logistics partners.
- Support loading and unloading activities by ensuring proper shipment handling and warehouse organization.
- Maintain warehouse reports, sorting records, shipping labels, and operational documentation.
- Communicate shipment status, inventory updates, and operational information with internal teams and external partners.
- Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Qualifications




- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Responsible, reliable, and proactive with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and work effectively with a team.
- Forklift experience or certification is considered an asset but not required.
