Paradise Building Supplies is looking for an experienced Drywall Warehouse Order Picker to join our team. We are seeking a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, forklift experience, and knowledge of drywall and insulation products.
This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on order picking, loading, inventory movement, and customer service. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and safety, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare drywall and insulation orders for residential deliveries.
- Safely load delivery trucks to maximize efficiency and protect product.
- Receive, unload, and organize inbound freight.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock locations.
- Assist customers picking up materials at the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safety-focused.
- Work closely with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time deliveries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a drywall or building materials warehouse.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to provide proof of certification).
- Strong knowledge of drywall, insulation, and related building materials.
- Experience with inventory control and warehouse best practices.
- Knowledge of proper freight loading and unloading procedures.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding setting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime available
- Weekend work available as required
