Company: Finning Canada Number of Openings: 2 Worker Type: Permanent Position Overview: Location: Alberta or BC Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week) Salary: $75,000- $102,700 + bonus, advantages from day 1 Join Our Team We are seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Coordinator to support our service operations by reviewing repair documentation, auditing work order charges, and managing warranty claims with equipment manufacturers and suppliers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with technical information, and ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

: What You'll Do Review equipment warranty coverage and determine claim eligibility

Audit service work orders and repair documentation for warranty compliance

Prepare, submit, and track warranty and goodwill claims with manufacturers and suppliers

Investigate warranty registration discrepancies and coordinate resolution

Act as a liaison between service teams, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding warranty-related matters

Provide guidance and support to branch personnel on warranty processes and claim requirements

Assist with the implementation of new warranty procedures and best practices

Ensure qualifying repair costs are charged to the appropriate warranty or policy accounts

Return non-qualifying charges for correction when required What We're Looking For Experience in warranty administration, service operations, equipment maintenance, or a related field

Understanding of technical failure analysis and repair documentation

Solid attention to detail and ability to audit records accurately

Excellent organizational and time management skills





Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to manage high workloads and competing priorities

Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications Experience working with heavy equipment, construction equipment, mining equipment, or related industries

Knowledge of warranty claim processes and manufacturer warranty programs

Familiarity with service department operations and work order management systems
