TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Wealth Operations Officer

MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

Operations experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for when candidates are updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties.
- Skilled and interpersonal skills – for making phone calls (phone experience is a strong must have skill required for the role).

- Attention to detail
- Multi-tasking skills

- High Technical Aptitude

-Strong Excel - need good understanding of using excel spreadsheets (will be using spreadsheets with macros, need to have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training) NICE-TO-HAVE
- Call center experience

- Previous client wealth experience
- Previous experience with ISM, EIS, Ticketing

- Banking experience
- Bilingual – French and English
- Experience with macros are a huge plus
