We are looking for an apprentice welder (preferably 1st or 2nd year) to join our team who has a hunger to learn and has welding experience that are ideally local to the area; we are not considering out of country at this time. We prefer individuals who are seeking long-term careers and who love being part of a team. As a small organization, SBW values team members who can learn and perform in different areas of the organization to balance the workload.

This position would allow you to expand your welding knowledge in addition to quality, assembly and other areas of the organization.

Requirements

· Pre-employment Weld Test

· Relevant experience as a welder or welding apprentice.

· Knowledge of the agriculture industry is an asset

· Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

· Be able to work independently and as part of a team





Candidates will be required to use an overhead crane. Current certification is an asset.

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule: 8-hour shifts
