What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll lead by example and help create an environment where both guests and team members can succeed.

Your responsibilities include

- Lead each shift with energy, professionalism, and a guest-first mindset.
- Coach, support, and encourage team members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service.
- Create an environment where teammates feel supported, respected, and motivated to do their best.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor restaurant performance and adjust staffing and positions to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, always looking for opportunities to make someone’s day a little better.
- Complete operational routines including cash handling, shift documentation, temperature logs, and daily checklists.




- Help train and develop new team members while recognizing and celebrating progress.
- Foster a culture where people can count on one another and take pride in doing great work.

Previous leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service is an asset but not required. We value attitude, coachability, and a genuine desire to lead and serve others.
