Location: Various Wind Farms Across Canada

Duration: 6 to 10 Weeks (Contract)

BladeTex is looking for experienced Blade Repair Technicians to join our team on a short term contract supporting active wind turbine blade repair projects across Canada.

This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy working in a team environment, traveling to project sites, and performing high quality composite repairs while maintaining a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

- Support lead blade repair technicians with composite blade repairs.
- Perform grinding, fiberglass layup, filling, sanding, and finishing tasks.
- Follow engineering repair procedures and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation and photographs of completed work.
- Adhere to all site safety requirements and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to complete repairs safely and efficiently.

Requirements
- Valid GWO Basic Safety Training (BST) certification.
- Valid GWO Advanced Rescue Training (ART) certification
- Previous wind turbine blade repair experience preferred.
- Ability to travel and remain on site for the duration of the project (6 to 10 weeks).




- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work well within a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to mobilization points.
- Be a Canadian citizen or have an open work permit
