Duties
- Clean windows of various sizes using hand tools, squeegees, and specialized cleaning solutions to achieve a streak-free finish
- Operate power tools and equipment safely for high or hard-to-reach windows, including lifts and scaffolding when necessary
- Perform routine facilities maintenance tasks such as cleaning glass surfaces, frames, and surrounding areas to uphold building standards
- Use heavy lifting techniques to move equipment or materials needed for window cleaning tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and supplies are stored properly after use
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service during each visit
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents while working at heights or with heavy equipment
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all recent team members
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance practices is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to complete scheduled jobs efficiently without compromising quality
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights using appropriate safety equipment
- Demonstrated reliability with a positive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
