You’ll help customers choose the right plans, devices, and accessories while delivering top-tier support and creating memorable in-store experiences.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and guide them through wireless solutions that fit their lifestyle
- Sell Rogers, Fido, and Chatr plans, unlocked phones, and accessories
- Provide friendly, helpful support, resolve customer issues and escalations
- Stay informed about the latest devices, promotions, and tech trends
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales goals
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory
- Work a flexible schedule,



including weekends and evenings

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly valued for connecting with diverse customer bases
- Proven experience in retail sales or technology sales.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening, to engage customers confidently
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
- Excellent organizational skills for managing merchandise, POS systems, and time efficiently
- Customer service expertise with a friendly, approachable demeanor that builds rapport quickly
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while demonstrating positive cash handling practices
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, POS systems, and basic math for sales transactions

Pay: $17.60 per hour
