Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON, focused on advertising and marketing for a work-from-home business model. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, creating and managing online and offline promotional materials, and supporting brand visibility for the holiday rental business.

Daily tasks include updating listings and website content, monitoring inquiries, coordinating with booking platforms, and tracking campaign performance. The role also requires engaging with potential guests through email, social media,



and other channels, as well as gathering feedback to refine marketing strategies. Collaboration with operations staff to ensure accurate and appealing representation of the properties is a key part of the position.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in advertising, marketing, or digital promotion for small businesses or hospitality services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create transparent and engaging marketing content.
- Comfort with online tools and platforms, including social media, booking websites, and basic content management systems.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga, ON, and collaborate effectively with a small, service-oriented team.
- Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or property rental marketing is an asset but not required.
