Duties

- Organize speech competitions, presentations, and group activities to encourage real-world application of skills
- Foster a supportive environment that motivates students to overcome stage fright and develop their unique speaking style




- Assess student progress regularly through evaluations and tailored coaching strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate public speaking modules into broader communication or language curricula

Experience

- Prior experience teaching or training in public speaking, communication, or related fields is highly preferred
- University experience is a valuable asset, demonstrating familiarity with academic settings and student engagement
- Robust interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse learners of all ages
- Excellent verbal communication skills coupled with active listening abilities
