Job Summary

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production and Fulfillment Associate to join Ferris Wheel Press, a rapidly growing stationery brand. In this role, you’ll be essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our product assembly and fulfillment processes. Success in this position requires a strong commitment to cleanliness, organization, and precision to support smooth operations and help the team achieve production goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Report daily to the Production Lead and work towards meeting production assembly targets.
- Work with a team to manually assemble stationery products.
- Assist in tasks and processes to achieve targets, including:

- Maintaining a clean workspace and equipment.

-Counting, labelling, and moving inventory.

-Inspecting parts, palletizing products, and lifting items.

- Support fulfillment and supply chain activities as needed (picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement).
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support production operations.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the role, including lifting and moving items up to 35 lbs (16 kg) using safe lifting techniques.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while performing repetitive tasks,



with appropriate breaks and job rotation.
- Commitment to following all workplace health and safety procedures.

Experience and Skills

- Previous experience in a production or assembly role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management and basic math skills for counting and labelling products.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or packaging setting is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on quality and safety.
