Manna & Co. is a chef-cooked, macro-tracked kosher meal prep company delivering across the GTA and Ontario. We cook once a week and we cook a lot. We're looking for a chef to own our Monday production day.

The Role

Every Monday, you'll cook the week's full menu in our COR-certified kosher kitchen. Currently around 90-100 meals per production day and growing. You'll be working from set recipes and portion specs, so consistency and speed matter more than improvisation.

What you'll do:

- Execute the weekly menu start to finish: proteins, sides, sauces
- Portion, tray, and seal meals to spec
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized throughout production
- Follow kosher kitchen protocols at all times
- Flag ingredient shortages or quality issues as they come up

What We're Looking For

- Professional kitchen experience (restaurant, catering, or meal prep)
- Comfortable with high-volume batch cooking
- Experience in a kosher kitchen,



or willingness to learn and strictly follow kosher protocols
- Food Handler Certification (or willing to obtain before start date)
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed. This is your day to run.

- Pay: [$25/hour or flat day rate — competitive, based on experience]
