Fowler Construction is seeking experienced Loader Operators to skillfully operate within our Materials Division. A strong commitment to safety, along with significant aggregate and construction experience, is essential for the role.

Key Responsibilities

- Skillfully operate the loader to the specifications of the job and jobsite.
- Execute the daily plan and work sequence under the direction of the foreperson or superintendent and complete work tasks as directed in an effective safety-conscious manner.
- Work with and alongside lead hands and labourers to successfully complete the required work.
- Perform physical labour when required to meet the demands of the project.
- Follow direction as provided by the foreperson, lead hand, superintendent, and spotter.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment to ensure it’s in good working condition.
- Ensure cleanliness of equipment and operator cab.

Position Requirements

- 3+ years of equipment operation in a civil construction environment.
- Significant skills in operating a loader.




- Ability to work and follow directions in challenging work environments.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work with a team.
- Must be willing and capable of performing physical labour when needed.
- Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs., carry, bend, reach etc…
- Punctual and available to work.
- Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Work Conditions
