Our online store has been shipping products around the world for more than 30 years.

We're looking for an energetic Assistant Store Manager who enjoys leading people, creating exciting merchandise displays, delivering exceptional customer service and helping grow a successful Canadian business.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with proven retail experience who is ready to take the next step into management.

What You'll Do

- Lead by example while helping supervise our retail team
- Coach and motivate employees to deliver outstanding customer service
- Create attractive product displays and merchandising ideas
- Monitor inventory and communicate purchasing needs
- Work with our marketing team on promotions and new products
- Help maintain an organized, efficient and profitable store
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support daily operations and help ensure the store runs smoothly

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Has retail management or supervisory experience
- Is a positive leader who enjoys coaching others
- Has strong customer service and communication skills
- Is organized, dependable and a confident problem solver




- Takes pride in creating an attractive shopping environment
- Works well independently while contributing to a team

These Skills Are a Bonus

- Experience with computers or consumer electronics
- Knowledge of tools, camping or outdoor products
- Warehouse or forklift experience
- Valid driver's licence

- Full-time
- 8-hour shifts
- Day shifts
