We are currently recruiting for a Safety & Compliance Associate for our client in Mississauga, ON.

Exact salary will be based on experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain safety & compliance database Maintain all contractor/driver accident/incident files. Coordinate log retention and audit. Coordinate administration of safety-related online courses. Assist Operations with contractor communications Provide support to all applicable team members Code and process invoices for fleet maintenance and other services Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures Assist with the administration of the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) program by responding to contractor/driver questions and concerns Administer the regulatory and incentive programs through monthly reporting Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma, required
- Two (2)



years administrative experience, required and One (1) year safety & compliance experience in transportation, preferred
- Knowledge of Federal and Provincial Governmental Transportation Regulations
- Demonstrated experience and ability to lead organizational and cross-sector teams
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook)
