Gator Construction is an industry leader in concrete restoration and ultra-high-performance commercial and industrial concrete coatings. We are a privately owned company based in Calgary, Alberta, with locations in Red Deer, Edmonton, and Winnipeg

We are currently seeking concrete repair technicians with experience in:

- Concrete repair
- Concrete placement and finishing
- Formwork and carpentry
- Rebar replacement
- Concrete coatings
- Traffic membranes
- Waterproofing (crystalline grout waterproofing, carbon fibre wraps and crack locking, epoxy and polyurethane injections, below-grade waterproofing)
- Sandblasting
- Working at heights (swing stage, scaffold) – considered an asset
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, evenings, weekends, and overtime

Requirements:

- Understanding of construction equipment, tools, and materials
- Prior expiriance with Selective Concrete Demolition
- Experience with resinous coatings epoxy and urithane Traffic Deck systems is a valued asset
- 2–5+ years of prior construction experience (required)




- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting over 50 lbs continuously, bending, crouching, and kneeling
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working at heights; experience with man lifts, scaffold systems, swing stage experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- An ICRI Concrete Repair Technician certification is an asset
- Steel-toed safety boots required and full PPE compliance at all times
- Concrete demolition experience
- Ability to work in inclement weather
