The Position

We are looking for energetic, quick-learning Packline Team Members to join our busy kitchen on Quinpool Road. The Packline is the heart of our kitchen operations—ensuring orders are built rapid, packed correctly, and handed off with top quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Assembly: Build, pack, and package front-counter, takeout, and delivery orders accurately according to Mary Brown’s recipe and presentation standards.
- Multitasking in Fast Pace:



Manage multiple orders simultaneously during rush hours while keeping speed, accuracy, and presentation high.
- Stock & Station Prep: Keep packaging supplies, sauces, sides, boxes, and utensils fully stocked at all times.
- Communication: Work closely with cooks and front-counter staff to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Sanitation & Safety: Keep work areas clean and sanitized throughout the shift; complete daily opening or closing station duties.

Requirements & Physical Demands

- Fast Learner & Multitasker: Ability to pick up procedures quickly, stay organized under pressure, and switch between tasks seamlessly.
- Lifting & Moving: Must be able to regularly stand, reach, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs (restocking inventory, boxes, and food supplies).
- Attention to Detail: Ensures every item, side, and sauce on the ticket goes into the bag.
- Experience: 1 year of fast-food, customer service, or restaurant kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate).

Pay: $16.75 per hour
