About the Role

Goddess Rose is looking for a friendly, creative, and dependable Event & Retail Associate to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys hands-on creativity, and thrives in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in-store and at pop-up events with exceptional customer service.
- Set up, manage, and tear down studio and mobile charm bar events.
- Learn jewelry-making techniques and assist in creating custom jewelry pieces.
- Help plan and coordinate studio workshops, private parties, and mobile events.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail and event space.
- Support inventory management, product displays, and merchandising.
- Process customer transactions and answer product inquiries.
- Engage with guests of all ages, including children, in a patient and professional manner.
- Represent the Goddess Rose brand positively at all times.

Qualifications

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.




- Ability to remain calm and professional during busy, high-pressure events.
- Robust communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to learn jewelry-making and creative workshop techniques.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Patient, friendly, and enthusiastic when working with children and groups.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable transportation is considered an asset for mobile events.
