Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a Honda a dynamic experience and being the main point of contact for your customers

- Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures and achieving assigned volume and gross profit targets

- Develop an in-depth understanding of the Honda vehicle inventory and their competitors to deliver strong product presentations and demonstration drives

- Detailing your customer follow-up notes, preparation of paperwork and files,



and follow through with a world class vehicle delivery experience

- Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met

- Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management

Qualifications:

- Be fluent in both French and English

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license

- Self-driven and motivated to achieve results

- Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction

- Automotive sales experience not required but will be considered an asset
