Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Location: Downtown Toronto (Chinatown / Spadina)

Compensation: 55/45% Split

The Opportunity

We are currently Toronto's highest-rated primary care clinic (4.9 stars on Google) and looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to grow our manual therapy and musculoskeletal wellness offering.

You will be embedded directly within a multidisciplinary primary care environment, working alongside our doctors and NPs. You bring the clinical expertise; we provide a steady referral pipeline and comprehensive administrative support so you can focus on delivering care.

The Role

Provide evidence-based massage therapy assessment and treatment for a diverse patient demographic, including chronic pain, post-injury recovery, stress-related conditions, and musculoskeletal complaints.

Collaborate with primary care physicians to support coordinated,



patient-centred care pathways.

Maintain thorough clinical documentation in line with CMTO standards and our integrated clinic workflow.

Contribute to a care-first culture built around long-term patient health outcomes.

Qualifications

Registration: Current member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

Liability Insurance: Active professional liability insurance.

Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in a multidisciplinary, clinical, or primary care-adjacent setting.

Language (Asset): Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a significant asset given our local patient demographic.

Financial Structure

50/50 Split: The collaborating RMT retains 50% of billings. In return, the clinic provides the physical space, administrative infrastructure, reception support, and referral access, so you are not starting from zero.
