We are seeking a dedicated RV Detailing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and detailing services to ensure our RVs meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of RV exteriors using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment. Most cleaning is done with power tools.
- Ensure all work areas are maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning soaps and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to complete detailing tasks efficiently and effectively
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure every RV meets quality standards before delivery or customer pickup
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, detailing, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Solid attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills related to vehicle detailing and customer service excellence
