- Develop a collective bargaining preparation framework
- Establish grievance and arbitration data reporting processes




- Ensure accurate costing of agreements with Finance
- Conduct market research and analysis for negotiations
- Assist in resolving grievances with Payroll and HRRequirements:
- Degree in Labour or Industrial Relations preferred
- Advanced problem-solving and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of labour law and legislation
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HCM systems
