Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nail Salon Supervisor to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for nail care, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and service. This role offers an opportunity to oversee daily salon operations, support staff development, and promote a welcoming environment for clients.

Duties

 Schedule work

 Monitor quality and production levels

 Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items

 Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

 Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve

productivity and product quality

 Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers

 Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Work in a nail salon

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

Combination of sitting, standing, walking

Work experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. At least 1 year to less than 2

years of experience in the nail care field required.

Terms of Employment: Full time, permanent, 30 hours/week

Wage: $38.4/hour
