We are looking for a full-time baker to join our amazing team!

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and passionate about bread and who is ready to learn and explore endless sourdough possibilities with us!

Baker’s duties include:

- Baking off pastries, viennoiserie and bread
- Mixing a variety of doughs from scratch
- Hand shaping a variety of bread
- Scaling and preparing ingredients accurately
- Maintaining clean and safe workspace

What we ask for:

- Punctual and reliable
- Physically fit, able to stand for long periods/lift heavy objects (50+lbs)
- Comfortable with numbers and math
- Able to take direction and communicate within a team environment
- Professional baking experience is ideal, but not essential
