Artisan Baker - Full Time or Part Time

What You'll Do

· Bake fresh breads, scones, muffins, quiche, pastries and more.

· Mix, shape and bake products from scratch.

· Maintain exceptional product quality and consistency.

· Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients and supplies.

· Contribute ideas for seasonal and signature products.

· Maintain a clean, organized and food-safe workspace.

· Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Who We're Looking For

· Loves baking from scratch and takes pride in quality.

· Collaborates with the other bakers and the Leadership Team

· Enjoys working independently while supporting a team.

· Has excellent time management and attention to detail.

· Remains calm in a busy kitchen.

· Is reliable, positive and eager to learn.





· Cares about creating an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

· Previous experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role.

· Knowledge of bread making, pastries and scratch baking.

· Understanding of food safety and sanitation.

· Experience using commercial bakery equipment.

· Ability to work a variety of shifts, including early morning.

· Culinary or baking certification is an asset, but not required.
