We are looking for talent to add to our drilling and blasting team! In the role of blaster, you will be involved in a variety of projects and locations across our divisions. This is an opportunity for growth and development for the right candidate.

- - Lead and supervise all blasting operations, including planning, design, layout, preparation, and execution of blasts
- Ensure all blasting activities (priming, loading, stemming, hookup, and detonation) are completed safely and efficiently
- Develop and review blast designs in alignment with quarry development and project requirements
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to blasters and support crew
- Maintain accurate records of blasting activities, including cut sheets, blast reports, and explosives usage
- Ensure compliance with all Federal and Provincial regulations related to explosives handling, storage, and transportation




- Coordinate with project teams to ensure blasting activities align with overall project schedules and objectives
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to company safety policies and procedures

- Class I Provincial Blasting License (New Brunswick) or the ability to obtain one based on work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience working with explosives in quarries or in the construction industry.
- Supervisory experience considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.
