JOB SUMMARY

- The Marketing Assistant supports multiple hospitality and event brands by creating and scheduling social media content, coordinating creative assets, and providing board marketing support to enhance engagement, brand consistency and promotional effectiveness across all platforms and properties under Sky and Table Event brands

QUALIFICATIONS

- 1+ year of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing support (or equivalent education/portfolio)
- Robust understanding of Facebook and Instagram platforms, including posting, scheduling, and basic analytics
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,



or similar)
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice to different brands
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for onsite/offsite work and content capture)

PREFERRED

- Experience in a hospitality, food service, or catering environment
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms)
- Basic photography and videography skills for content capture
- Experience working with event-based marketing or seasonal campaigns
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas

ADDITIONAL ASSETS

- Portfolio or samples of previous social media content, campaigns, or design work
- Knowledge of branding principles and visual consistency
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, evolving business environment

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
