About the Role

The Associate Director,



Marketing and Client Acquisition leads the development and execution of an integrated marketing strategy to grow enrollments and revenue across open-enrollment and custom executive education portfolios. The role develops and executes targeted marketing and recruitment strategies to attract a diverse range of learners to the unit. The role leads integrated marketing initiatives in both digital and traditional environments, supports direct marketing and recruitment activities for programs, and oversees outreach campaigns, recruitment events and engagement activities designed to build awareness and participation in programs. The role oversees the annual marketing and recruitment budget, analyzes outcomes and key metrics, and provides insights to senior leadership to improve strategies for lead-generation and conversion.
